1. Introduction

By using Blitzy you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Blitzy application.

3. User Responsibilities

Blitzy is not responsible for what the user does with the user-generated content. Users have the right to delete their account and all associated data at any time. To do this, after logging in, click on your avatar in the navbar, select "Delete account," and confirm by clicking the button "I'm sure, delete my account."

4. Prohibited content

It is prohibited to create content that is illegal, immoral, vulgar, offensive, dangerous etc.. Contrary to the law in the USA, Poland, the country you live in or any other country. Creating this type of content may result in a warning, deletion of the website without prior inquiry or permanent account termination without prior inquiry.

Examples of what types of pages are prohibited:

• - illegal content
• - banned products
• - regulated products/services
• - gambling
• - adult content
• - inciting/spreading hatred
• - threats
• - impersonation
• - phishing and other fraud methods
• - breaking copyright law
• - violating the rights of other people, including violating their privacy
• - and other content that may negatively affect the opinion and reception of Blitzy.

If you are not sure whether the website you want to create will not violate the prohibited content, please contact us.

5. Use of Waitlist Function.

Blitzy has the function of collecting e-mail addresses of users interested in a given user's project in one place, which is intended to help, for example, notify users about the premiere of a given user's project or ask for feedback. Unfortunately, some users may try to use it for malicious purposes, such as spamming, sharing email addresses, and so on. If you suspect that a user-created site is using the waitlist feature for malicious purposes, we recommend that you do not provide your email address in the form on that site, and contact us. However, if you are a user whose website created with Blitzy collects email addresses for malicious purposes, when we find out about it, you may receive a warning, deletion of data (emails or websites) without prior notice or question, or even termination of your account without prior notice or question.

6. General Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Blitzy as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of Blitzy. You agree that Blitzy will not be liable by reason of any representation, act or omission to act by you.

By using Blitzy, you consent to the terms of this Terms and Conditions.
